ABOUT JUSTINE
Justine has been working in the dental industry since 2005. Her passion for dentistry led her to becoming a dental assistant in a multi-provider dental practice. After several years of dental assisting and gaining valuable clinical experience, she realized her true passion was for the administrative and managerial side of dentistry. She furthered her career by managing a small private practice dental office. While there, she created several systems for the team which helped contribute to the practice's overall growth. This was a direct result of increased production and reduction in collections. That practice is now a multi-million-dollar enterprise.
Justine began helping offices remotely in Florida, Ohio, South Carolina, New Jersey and California. She enjoys working with practices that have a need for financial growth. She loves helping them find solutions to their problems by coaching and providing advanced training to the dentists and their teams.
